Refunds policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 7 DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you are scheduled to receive product or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement VIA EMAIL OR PHONE (VOICEMAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES ARE NOT A FORM OF CANCELLATION) kristinaskreations612@gmail.com & 612-449-5571. Refunds are NOT provided until confirmation of cancellation from company via email.

We will reimburse you no later than 7-14 days from the day on which we confirm the cancellation of order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
